Share your tasty delights with our hungry groovers or kit them out with new outfits and essentials for their festival experience. Applications are currently open for food/drink and Market stall vendors for Interstellar Groove 2025. Please note only successful applicants will be contacted.
VOLUNTEER APPLICATIONS
Join the Interstellar Groove family and help our groovers have an awesome time. Volunteer applications are open for the front gate team, ticket/entrance team, campground marshall, info tent, green team, bump-in / bump-out labour, and decor (bump in / bump out).
All volunteers are expected to work a minimum of 8-16 hours. Volunteers will be asked to buy a specific Volunteer Ticket which is refunded after the event.
WORKSHOP APPLICATIONS
Educate and inspire the groover community through your talk or workshop. If you’ve got something to share with the world that others can participate in and learn from let us know. Slots on offer last 1 -1.5 hours.
